Our MoveMore Elite Strength and Conditioning is entering its fourth Summer. This program has been the foundation for championship winning teams, as well as championship winning athletes.
This program has seen 13 student-athletes sign college scholarships since 2022 for a grand total of $165,000 in grants for education!
We train kid's of all ages and prepare them for the next level, whichever level that may be! This is a progressive program with the end goal of helping your child achieve their sports goals!
We run this program for 3 months during the Summers in June, July, and August. We have a very heavy focus on injury prevention and utilize Pre-hab/Re-hab exercises as part of our warm up and cool down.
Early in the program with lift light weight, high reps. We build up strength throughout the Summer and finish the program with Max Week!
Some kids opt to stick with the program once school starts. With that group, we take our newly achieved max lifts and work off light weight percentages to move the weight FAST. We build endurance early, strength late, and finish the program with explosive power as we head into our sport seasons!
